At this point in the process, you will be presented with three alternative design solutions that encompass the program details such as budget, time, area and the additional specifics regarding the objectives you requested. Each schematic design solution will include key items such as main entry, juice bar/lounge, pro shop, circulations of the facility, locker rooms, specific room types, equipment configuration, cross uses of space and overall design concept.
This stage of the process requires meetings between RFCY and you to review and refine conceptual schematic designs solutions. Also, during these meetings RFCY will help you make decisions regarding electric and plumbing as well as develop a schedule that will coordinate the details of the project.
