Programming

This is one of the most important steps of the design process, as RFCY will develop a design program specifically tailored to your needs and objectives. All of the information gathered in this stage of the pre-design phase is vital to the progress of the project, because your input is crucial in order to create the most specific package for your requests. Discussion of the project criteria, space requirements, site conditions and overall design objectives will be addressed and provided to you in written format for approval.

Analysis

At this stage, RFCY will inspect the site and assess various site conditions such as building configurations, main entry location, site access, building systems, building infrastructure and critical site information. Based on our assessment of the site, the project development will be affected due to the details of your objectives and budget constraints. RFCY will then review the findings and recommend your package. After all details of the project are discussed with you, RFCY will formally begin the design phase.
