RFCY will develop a design program based upon the client's objectives, needs, and use of spaces. After the completion of the design program, RFCY will develop a square footage analysis to determine the appropriate size of each designated area. Prior to the development of the design, RFCY will review a construction budget analysis for the client. Once the budget analysis is approved, and design program and the square footage analysis are completed, RFCY will develop appropriate design layouts for client review.

RFCY will include a detailed set of plans including floor plans, elevations and renderings to assist the client in understanding RFCY's ultimate design solutions.
