Employee Mission Statement
Give your business a personal touch, develop a member (clientele) mission statement and instill it in your employees. A new client or even an existing client for that manner, want to feel special, like they are the one client you have. How can you achieve this goal? We believe by developing a member statement; here are RFCY's suggestions:

Warmly greet our members:
Nobody likes a sour face or cranky person, instill in your employees always keep a happy disposition
Remembering your client's name:
This is simple, but goes a long way, especially with new clients; this gives them a feel that they belong and a feeling of comfort
Be personable:
Say hello, open doors, ask a person how their day is going, all client interaction with your organization should be a pleasurable one.
Know your clients birthday:
This may sound a little unusual, but everybody wants to feel special, at least one day a year and that is their birthday. Remembering this small detail is very impressive.
