It has been statistically proven that there is a relation between the lack of exposure to natural light and people with chronic weight related problems. Without natural light in your daily life, besides risking the chance of gaining an exponential amount of weight, you also have to worry about your sleep. The lack of natural light can cause an impairment of sleep, complete with irregularities in habit as well as the lack of energy you have the next day.
