With this said, there are colors to avoid when designing a fitness facility. A facility owner should generally avoid large quantities of yellow due to it being the most difficult color for the eye to take in, making it overpowering in large areas. Also, it has been proven that out of a majority of the primary colors more people have lost their tempers in yellow rooms than any other. Also another color an owner should avoid using in large quantities is blue. When overused it could create a cold and depressing atmosphere which causes the opposite reaction that red does.By using these simple design tips and suggestions facility owners can create a more fluid environment for their patrons as well as their employees.
