Design Tips

Function of your front desk area

Put a lot of thought into this area; think about the process, from when a new client enters the facility to when they leave and everything in-between. Having a "game plan", sounds simple, but what you don't want is existing members bumping into new existing ones. Remember your client should not be able to see your business day to day operations, especially at your front desk, only business and customer services only.

Waiting Area:

Function of your waiting area

This area is very important and we can't say it enough. This area will make or break your business. When potential clients are waiting for a sales person, trainer or even a therapist, one needs to feel very comfortable, at ease and be able to see some of what is in their near future experience. So, the design should not allow for existing members and potential clients to interact with one another and existing members should simply being able to pass by new members without being noticed. What you don't want and we see it all too often are the acquaintances of existing clients tangling up with new, this usually occurs when the front desk area is not well thought out.
